What's RAD.PACK
RAD.PACK containes rstar4b and rstar5b programms.'rstar4b' and 'rstar5b' are general package for simulating satellite signals at wavelengths between 0.2 and 200 microns.
We assume a plane parallel atmosphere divided into several homogeneous sublayers with underlying ground or ocean surface. Transfer engine is that of Nakajima and Tanaka (1986). Please read rstar#b.doc included into the package fore more details.
